No power to coolant pump or radiator fan

In my 2016 glc the coolant pump wasn't working, hoping that it was just a problem with the pump I replaced it and still nothing, after a while I checked and the radiator fan had not turned on either, someone told me to replace that and I did and still nothing. I was also told that it could be a fuse but couldn't find one for either of them, both pump and fan have a yellow and black wire that has no power so I'm thinking that has something to do with the problem but at this point I don't know what to do
