No 'service' section on the on-board computer

I have just acquired a 2019 E400D Coupe, and I cannot find a 'service' section on the on-board computer. Is anyone familiar with this issue, please?

Thanks for that. I bottomed out the problem - the owner's manual is written for LHD cars, I needed to use the buttons on the right of the steering wheel, not the left.
