Hi everyone

went to look at merc,

shes been standing for well over a year, the expansion tank was empty and so were the pipes by the feel of them...., looked pretty rusty in there though, now would that really have just gone away like that? or is there a problem, i can't seem to find a HG problem, started first time, and sounds healthy, no mayo under the oil cap etc.

Hi Rio, with the heat of last summer the water could have dried up a bit.

The main thing to do is to look for water bubbles on the dip stick and in the oil filler cap.
