No Wiper

Hi all,
Driving home from work this evening my wiper suddenly stopped,
Bit of a panic there as it was persisting it down. I can hear the motor running in all speeds but no wiper movement. And yes i do regularly grease the mechanism.
Any idea how to dismantle the arm mechanism to see what may have happened underneath in the drive connection dept.
Hope someone can help.

The cause is one of the following, see pictures;
Nut 1
Nut 2
Coged gear slipping on shaft
Striped nylon gear inside motor
Balljoint worn away ("Black plastic part") beside Nut 2
