Noise just before car starts!

Hey guys,
Hope you're all well.
I heard a funny noise, when I turned the ignition on, from my 65 C Class yesterday and today. The car starts just fine but this noise is a bit worrying.
I serviced the car last Friday. Everything was fine until yesterday. Do you think it is because the servicing or any other reason?

Apart from this, the suspension and brakes need some attention. I was thinking of getting a health check from one of the Protyre garages. Does anyone have any experience with them?

Hackney, Islington areas in London or Hemel Hempstead, Luton in Hertfordshire.
