Brake squeak/ squeal is usually cause by pads vibrating, mostly caused by dust, loose shims etc.. I think yours is caused by dust build up around the pads, and the fact that the dust collects on the forward edge of the brake pad, when you reverse this dust shifts and causes the pad to flutter and vibrate...nothing to worry about...unless you're reversing out of somewhere you shouldn't be..next time you are replacing the pads put some copper grease on the rear of the pads

Non-MB pads have been known to cause this on W124s. Textars = squeal in reverse. MB pads = no squeal
