noisy sprinter

I have a sprinter 311 lwb 52. 193k miles now get a ssshhhing noise from the engine dept when under power it disapears when not accelerating, van runs very well
anyone have any ideas what it might be. PS van will be for sale shortly 4k no vat:

Hole in turbo pipe, or intercooler.

Will get worse until you loose boost pressure/ power.

found a split in the top charge hose running from rocker cover to bottom of intercooler rad,made temp repair and at £50-00 a hose it may be permanent. mb charge for a full hose although it has joins in it apparently some mechanics only use the top part.does anyone know where i might get a cheaper hose. ps many thanks for your help.
