Nokia 3110 to Nokia 6310i conversion

Know there's been a lot of threads/topics re cell phone conversions but does anyone know a good company (not a stealership) in the Manchester area who can do a conversion for me?
Need to change my Nokia 'brick' (3110) to a Nokia 6310i.
They are in the armrest in a 1999 S320. (voice activated)
Stealerships quoting £540 - £600 without phone. :!:
