Has anyone fitted a non Mercedes Cd changer with any success? I'm wondering which makes will work with the Audio 10 head unit.

you may need to be careful. audio 10's can have optical cables for the CD changer which will limit what you can fit. If i remember right, audio 10's were made by Becker and Alpine. both of which will supply you with a non merc marked cd changer for it.

a search online will find cheapest prices. pop into a ICE specialist and ask them what they recommend. they will take a look at it for you.

just remember if you have a non merc unit fitted, if you have any warranty left on the veh and have elec probs in the future you may have invalidated some of the warranty by fitting a non mb unit!! dont mean to be doom and gloom but it happens!
