Hi Peeps, can anyone help on this matter please, i recently bought a 1999 vito diesel 2.2 as a non starter with a faulty injector stuck in the head.
Ive aquired 4 new injectors, and repaired the rocker cover, replaced them all and fitted a few basic parts back onto the engine so i can try and fire her up? but to no avail, she just wont fire.
There is a dach light on EDC, i dont know what this means (if anyone can educate me) and is it related to the non starting?
I was told that the injectors have to be sychronised (fair enough) but i would have thought it would at least try and fire or run in limp mode.
I dont want to go spending money on diagnostics unless im 100% it is a running engine?
If any of you can please advise me on my next move, i would be greatly thankful.
