Not impressed

Car went in for a service at main dealers yesterday on a service plan. Top up Adblue ticked on the service sheet, and when it went in, it had a quarter of a tank or so, and 1,100 miles left. When I picked it up, it had a quarter of a tank and 1,100 miles left. Now sat at the dealer while they actually fill it, but have the quandary that if they've ticked that and not done it, what else have they ticked and not done? Oil change?,Filters? Service Manager is supposed to be calling me on Monday so will be interesting to see what he has to say. I suspect along the lines of "I can assure you the other items have been done..."
