Is it right that in the morning (just left for worl) that the car isnt as responsive. As this mornining I was at the lights and when to 'take off' and it took longer than usual to repsond. About 10 mins later it was responsive again?

You havent accidentally switched from S to C mode by chance?

Where you on your own in the car?

Its the kind of thing little bored fingers can do un-noticed. If you know what I mean.

When the engine is stone cold its nowhere near as responsive as it is when warm/hot. Maybe its just that?

I'm not as responsive until I've had my first dose of caffeine!

The car will hold lower gears longer when cold to help warm the engine up quicker. I don't generally accelerate hard until the engine is at/near to normal operating temperature (usually between 5 and 10 mins depending on how cold it is outside).

If it felt normal after 10 mins or so, I wouldn't worry.
