Hi all, I have a 2016 Mercedes/205.204 - C 220 BlueTEC Wagon/C 200 d Wagon which had a recall to update the diesel software back in 2020 by the previous owner and need some advice with regard to the following issues.
I’ll be replacing the Nox Sensor, however, I’ve been told that a mk3 nox sensor needs to be installed as this will stop the EML returning. Can anyone advise what mk number is the current Nox sensor I have ( image attached)
Once the Nox Sensor has been changed will or should this solve the AdBlue fault, as it’s saying engine will not start after 425miles.
Current DTC’s
•P13DF09
The AdBlue(R) system has a malfunction. There is a component fault.
CURRENT and STORED
P1BC300 Additional fault freeze frame data for fault analysis (data set 03)
CURRENT and STORED
P229F09 NOx sensor 2 (cylinder bank 1) has a malfunction. There is a component fault.
