Got your attention now, I am on a roll tonight and thought I would ask my final question for a while.

Has anyone had rusted wheel bolts on an E Class 2002 model upwards and the wheels started to bubble?

If so what have you done to solve the problem?

My Wheel nuts/bolts are rusted badly which is the first car apart from my old British Leyland car years ago. The wheels have started to bubble as well!

Cheers

Chris.

2002 SL500, 216 CL500, all fully loaded
All MB wheel bolts go rusty,,just take them out 2 at a time and spray them with silver hamerite and they will stay good.

Get a piece of wood drill some holes and pop the bolts in and spray.

The only thing that can be done with the wheels is to have them powder coated in chrome paint, nice and bright and it will last.

Does it matter if you never wash your car
