Quite a few have them on here, generic don't give a great deal of useful info and can lead to false fault finding and an expensive repair process as incorrectly identified parts are replaced
You'll need an OBD2 reader capable of understanding and querying MB modules.
ICarsoft do several (i980, MB v2.0, CR-Pro)
Autel do them ( I've had good results from the AP200 which uses a smart phone).
There are several others as well.
I have a bluetooth one off ebay (20 quid) and use it with an app (car scanner) on my phone. That said code readers are only as good as the users ability to diagnose.
I dont use it and if any gets thrown up EML, odd behaviour I take it to my indy.
If you dont know how to use, interpret them - they can just become a curioust killed the cat scenario
