Odd piece !!

Hello All,
I’ve got a 2013 E Class (w212) and I’ve had this piece of trim knocking about in the back of the car for ages but I have absolutely no idea where it goes on the car, anyone know what it is and where it goes? Cheers.

I think I recognise that as being the panel that fits on the rear of the front centre arm rest. Mine was on a C220 but it went in for some re-call work. It seemed that this gismo inside the base of the arm rest was the offending item. The Stealership forgot to replace the cover and it just 'knocked' about in the rear of the car till I found it. On inspection the panel at the rear of the arm rest was missing and the panel just clipped back in. Hope that is of some help to you

hahahahahaha OMG, yes Mioba, it did indeed have a part number on it, couldn’t see the Mercedes logo on it though, so I did as you suggested and typed the part number into google, turns out it was the terminal cover from the back of my TV
