Offset query!!!

Hi..not sure about the offset and would like to change my Alloys!...w210 E320cdi Avantgarde (2000)..Alloys are standard.. 7.5JX16" PCD 5X112 Offset 41.
I Purchased Alloys from a w210 (2002) E320cdi.. 7.5JX17" PCD 5X112 Offset 37.
Can anyone tell me if this is going to cause any serious problem with the Offset difference. Any help would be appreciated..Cheers!
