Drain oil from pan and remove pan. Replace filter, replace gasket, pan should be spotless before refitting. Measure amount of oil drained from pan and replace with fresh oil, then find oil return pipe from oil cooler and disconnect at flex pipe, while you hold a calibrated container under this pipe have someone start the car and pump 1 litre of oil from this return, stop car and replace this 1 litre of old oil with fresh oil, repeat the procedure until you have replaced 7/8 litres in total, this includes the original amount drained from the pan of course, reconnect the flex pipe.
