Oil Filter

Hi guys, decided to change the oil and oil filter on my car changed to get the old oil filter off but Im having trouble srewing the bolt back on, is there any special tool needed to do this (If so which tool please?) or is there any special way to do it back up without a tool?

Hi, sorry guys I apologise my mistake I put in filter upside down and tried it the other way and fitted in nicely, job done!
