Just wondering if its normal for the air duct from the intercooler to the manifold is ment to have oil in it, because after uncliping the inline temperature sensor its covered in oil even the electrical plug socket is covered in oil.

Would this be the cause of my loss of power problems now and again?

Hi

Do not worry about the oil apparently they all do it, loss of power is most probably down to taking in air at the o rings obn the fuel lines, fit a complete set of new hoses and put grease over the connections and fit an in-line non return valve, enquire at the dealers parts dept it is a known fault.

Good luck
