Oil leak on 2013 e class 220 convertible?

Hi all
Just got my first ever mercedes! ( At 66!)
Just had theA7 gearbox service and all is well apart from mechanic said there is a slight oil leak. Bottom of engine is covered and he thought it make be from the back of the engine. There was and advisory on the mot for 18 months ago but not on the more recent mot.
Any ideas on what it could be?

Rear crankshaft seal? Cam cover seal & oil running down?
Best bet is to clean it all & go from there.

Also check the cam chain tensioner. A batch of these left the factory incorrectly torqued and yours sounds close to the affected age point.
