Oil Leak

About to fit a new Multi-Vee belt but before doing so need to sort out an apparent oil leak. No looss of engine oil and the power steering pump reservoir seems not to be loosing fluid - when cold shows at the lower of the two markers when hot towards the top marker.

The attached pics show what I mean, so any ideas?

Get one of the spray engine cleaners and wash the front down, it is engine oil. when clean you will see when the engine is hot where it is coming from, as it stands the fan blows it every where. Its going to be a front cover seal
