Old Mercedes Roof Box

Hi,

I have been given an old Mercedes roof box which will not fit on my mercedes roof rack as the front inset of the roof box is to thin, approx 45mm at the thinest point. My Mercedes roof rack is about 70mm wide. Is there an adaptor or does anyone know of a roof rack supplier who supplies rails that will fit. The roof box is secured through a t-bar system. I have an E Class estate 2003 (last model). I believe the roof box was used on the preceeding estate version.

I have the older version estate. If you can't get it to fit I could take it off you.
