Om642 smoke idle and misfire high rpm

2006 om642 3.0 v6 cdi.

Blueish smoke when sat in traffic/slow movement and when foot is flat to the floor at around 3-4k rpm power loss/hesitation/misfire sound coming from the car. No codes to the car and drives fine normally but when you want to put your foot to the floor high rpm the car has these symptoms.

Mods:
upgraded interiocooler and hardpipes
straight through exhaust from turbo back 3"
hybrid of the standard gt2056 turbo with brand new tested acutator
k&n panel filters
pcv routed to a filter but no oil coming from it

Would all this lead to bad injectors and car going into safe mode. No lights come on and no codes when plugged into snap on data machine.

None of the mods would directly cause bad injectors. They can still fail however.

Did these symptoms start after the mods? If not, I would say you have a failed injector or two. Bad spray pattern or dribbling tends to cause white/light blue smoke thag stings your eyes (its vaporised unburnt diesel)
