Is there anyway to get the sunroof and door mirrors to fold with one touch rather than keeping hold of the button. Also what about having the mirrors fold/unfold when I lock/unlock the car.

Any help as always is truly appreciated.

The amount of work to do what you ask would be impossible, I thought about doing the mirrors on my SL, then came to the conclusion that I have not got long enough left, to live.

If you had a Clifford alarm its not too hard to do, jus wire up the mirrors and roof to the auxillary key on the key fob and voila, of course you`ll need to put a few relays in but nothing too complicated, so eventually you will have mirrors that fold in and sunroof that closes at the touch of the button, I just finished doin window ups on my cuzns Mk2 golf he had a Clifford concept 300 so i stuck in two relays one for each window attached the negative trigger coming out of the alarm to the relays and bob was how do they say, my uncle. all i had to do then was adjust the timing for the auxillary button so that the windows went up all the way before the alarm kicked in.

What model do you have? Some of them do this from the factory. I originally thought you meant a 124, but they didn't have folding mirrors. The 210 does, but it also has fully auto windows as standard. I don't remember whether the 210 mirrors could be set to fold automatically (mine didn't) but my 211 does. Might be related to the memory package though.

My 210 has the memory seats and although the pax mirror self dips when selecting reverse they do not auto-fold. Nor are they one touch to fold them.
I did finally work out last year how to open and close all the windows with the fob though.

I have a C43, it does have electric seats but not memory ones.
