one touch windows

1998 e240 , i disconnected the battery the other day so i could wire up my new amp, when i went out in the car afterwards, i used the electric windows and found the one touch function had stopped working,

after messing about with switches for a while , the driver side started working again. but the passenger side still wont work.

the normal 'up' part on the switches still work fine

any ideas ??

You need to reset them. All the way down and then all the way up and hold for a couple of seconds. Only half press the switches. Same for the sunroof if you have one. Regards, Jeff.
