Option 165 - Engine with Special parts

I've rasied this elsewhere but I'm still keen to see if anyone knows the answer. I have been on the Russian web-site and entered the VIN details from my car and one of the options it says was included is "165 - engine with special parts".

This is on a 2003 C240 Avantgarde SE

So far everyone seems at a loss to know what this means. I'm sure it'll turn out to be something very minor but I am now intrigued. Answers in a postcard.....(or in the forum if you prefer).

On the EPC it comes up as 165 Final drive
Wouldn't pay much attention to the obscure codes are often some
either odd codes or mistakes on most datacards specially on older vehicles
