orange bulb out light flashing on dash!

ok its not flashing it jus comes on intermittently when i brake, it goes off when i release the brakes. Does this mean one of my brake bulbs is out? its just i had a mate of mine check them while the car was stationary and i was holding the brake down. They were all working i even checked the rear lights everything in the clusters are working.:?

Any help will be much appreciated.

It wasn`t the blown bulb light it was the fading brake pads light please excuse my stupidity. I`m gettin the pads changed this weekend hopefully all is well after that.
