P211907 Throttle valve has a mechanical malfunction.

Any advice, diagrams of part for above fault on 2010 C Class 200cdi I think it has the OM651 engine. Any use cleaning or will it need replacing?

The can get a big build up of egr gunk but hardly worth going to that work in stripping and cleaning only to find it needs replacing.

Is it best to fit any other parts when I replace the throttle body? or is it just a case of replacing the throttle body only.

I’d replace the water housing the holds the fuel filter.
