Pairing same bluetooth with 2 MB Phoneshystem cradles

I have access to an S-Class with MB Cradle and an E-Class to drive regularily. Both cradles appear as MB Phonesystem and have the same code to pair. How can I setup an E-Class cradle and one as S-Class and unique pairings so when I switch cars my SonyEriccson P990i does not have to re- paired. This is pain having to re-pair. Any one aware of any solutions. I understand the Viseo may do the trick, but then would need to replace both UIH cradles with Viseos. Any advice would be useful. Both cars of 57 plate with Command, With the S-Class having the latest version. Any mechanism to rename or use unique pairing codes ( or alter the factory default code)

If they have the same pairing code, how does the phone know they are different systems?
Would not a single entry on the phone serve both cars? Set the pairing as "authorised" and it should connect automatically to either car.
