Panoramic cover disfunctioning

Hello!

the panoramic cover in my 2003 C230K coupe is not properly working.
It sometimes stops opening, and if it opens it opens in intervals (5cm each).
what could be the problem? just yesterday it was fine..

2002 SL500, 216 CL500, all fully loaded
Get some PTFE (aerosol) and spray it onto the tracks each side

Apologies for hi-jacking this thread.

Would this be the same for my W208 clk sunroof ?
Opens fully but in 5cm intervals, but closes without any bother.

More than likely yes, the roof panels can stick in the tracks, makig the movement jerky, often only in one direction
