Panoramic Roof for an SL (R129)

Hi,
I am looking for an sl320 at the moment and I have just found one with very low milage. The only problem is that it does not have a panoramic roof.
Can anyone tell me if they are hard to find secondhand and what I sort of money they change hands for?

Thought I would post a reply to myself as I have found the answer and it might help someone else in the future

A Panoramic hardtop can be bought as an aftermarket spare from MB but they cost about £5000 as for value on a part exchange they add anything upto £1000 to a trade in price...

I have seen one roof come up on ebay since the original posting however competition seemed strong and the roof looked like it was going to go over the £1000 mark easily.

I have been told of one UK company that were making them at half the MB price but I have not found the name of the company yet....

so if you want a panoramic roof after you buy the car then it will cost you a fair bit and it is unlikely that you will see the money again at the other end....
