Panoramic Sunroof

I have an annoying knocking noise/rattle coming from the rear nearside of my E320 CDI. It is worse over uneven roads.When I use the tilt or open the roof,the rattle disappears.
Any ideas on how to solve this?

I have experienced similar problem, as vehicle is under warranty the main dealer fitted Felt Pad's between Panoramic Sunroof and vehicle body shell.

The dealer has just corrected mine, said that it was just a case of 'lubricating' some parts.
