Hi Every Body Can Some One Please Send A Link Or Let Me Know How To Get The Wiper Assembly Off My C200 (t Reg) I Can Get The Front Cover Off And Look At The Piston Part Need To Get Underneath To Look At The Nylon Cog In The Gearbox Merc Man Can Get Me A Used Assembly And I Would Like To Fit My Self I Can Spin The Spanners Just Need To Know Where To Start Thanks To Any One Who Can Help

Do a search on this forum for " wiper gearbox" and it should give you some pointers on how to go about fixing your problem. Come back if you can't find what you need.

Once you have taken off the cover, you can see it all.

Top Man Thats The One Thanks Very Much Have A Good Weekend

Not necessary to replace the drive head if the cog is slipping , just drill through the cog and shaft ,3mm drill , and insert a pin with an interference fit to lock them. Just make sure the pin is short enough to clear the root of the gear teeth. Done this myself often and has not failed yet.
