Parking aids

Hi,
I have had front & rear bumpers replaced for ones with mercedes with parking sensors fitted. Can I fit an aftermarket parking aid to the mercedes sensors or how easy would it be to fit the original item?

Thats a hard question,these things all run at 22khz I would think that they should work with anything as they are all the same principle.
