parking sensor trim on front bumper e200 2005

could anyone post simple instructions of how to remove trim or even better some photos. some one reversed into the front of me and partially popped mine. thanks a million

I have just had my front panel off for painting on my 04 model, if its the centre ones you will need to remove the lower panel /bumper and strip the bumper down and they are hidden under a large stiff foam packing.
They just 'click' into place from the back ,but to get to that stage its quite a job, wheel arch liners off,front under tray off etc. If you quick about 4 hours .
Televission posted an exploded view of the front bumber on a 211 for me a couple of weeks agon
