Parts assistance.

I have been trying to locate a used parts source to replace my foot parking brake with a hand brake. Located the breaker hotline, 247spares.co.uk/ filled out the request form and the reply was that it was available. However no individual breaker e-mailed. Could be they don't want to deal with shipping to US. Would anyone be available to handle the transaction (buy, receive and ship) for me? Payment thru paypal in advance of course. Any assistance appreciated.
