I am looking to find out whom is the owner of this number plate:-

CSU 520

Since childhood I always had a passion for Mercs (still do ) I have a couple myself.. fells like a generation thing!

Have you tried the DVLA in Swansea they should have the owners name and address.  

Try your local library look under the motoring section to find books on number plates there are quite a few.  It should tell you who the last owner was even if it is a little out of date you'll have to check when the book was printed.
