PCS @ Horndean - my experience

Just wanted to share with you all my experience with Olly having had some work done on my W211 at PCS this week.

From past experience with other garages being rather bad (things like suggesting work to be done when it wasn’t needed), I have always been sceptical with garages. A bit grumpy with garages and hard to please.

I was recommended to go to PCS even though they are a 2 hour drive from me and my experience was wonderful.

Olly took the time to explain all the things to me. Even went through point by point all my concerns and explained why work needed doing and what benefit it would give. Took photos and essentially gave the car some proper TLC.

I took quotes from several garages for what I needed doing and they were the cheapest.

Did a great job. They work fast and efficiently.

They know their stuff. “Senior Doctors” in dealing with Mercs.

Use them if you aren’t sure what is going on with your car. They will sort it!

Great news. I once travelled 200 miles for his advice and attention. And I remember him starting up and asking advice and wondering if his decision was the right one. Onwards and upwards Ollie!

Bought my last car in Scarborough, took it to Olly right away for inspection and subsequent work (under warranty).
I then had to come back for the actual work ... about 660 miles all in.
So glad I did (and equally pleased the RAC Gold Warranty is not just a piece of paper).
