That’s me out of ideas I’m afraid buddy . Im sure someone else will be able to help soon
It's not making much sense, it has buttons on dash and when I press the tel button, it says, no phone, on stereo, but everything everyone has said about the center console and glove box I don't have.

The idea is that a plug in the centre Console has a Bluetooth adapter connected to it and your phone connects to that so the steering wheel and stereo buttons can be used to make calls .
Is there anything in the glovebox for phone connection ?

Does the Armrest lid have an upper section that opens in addition to the main storage section? Thats where the plug for the "Bluetooth SAP may well be.
I would Email, Telephone, ComandOnline. They are my go to for all things Comand, Audio, and a plethora of information.

I would get in touch to ComandOnline. i should imagine they will have the solution. The armrest, is where it is located on a W221, but it must be else where then, on a CLS.

Does the car have Comand Sat Nav fitted?
You should be able to connect the phone by turning on bluetooth, making your phone discoverable, and pairing them.

Edit.

You should find the bluetooth setting by pressing the tel button.
