Phone Cradle Identification

In the CLK I have just bought there is this phone cradle in the centre box

Can anyone help identify which phone it is for?
The Part No is 203 820 06 51

Can I use a bluetooth cradle instead? and if so which one.

It is not the 6210/6310 series thats for sure
