I've just bought a M270, but it has a phone cradle for a Nokia 6310.

I'd like to get an upgrade to support bluetooth, but not sure of the best way to approach it. Do I go to MB direct, or is there a third party option?

There are several post on this subject but basically:
2004 was the change over between the hard wired cradles and the changeable ones so the first step is to find out which you have. The changeable ones have a small button in the L/H corner. Press and slide the cradle forward to release.
If it is hard wired, you're stuck, if its interchangeable, you can buy one of 2 bluetooth cradles from MB though they are expensive at £300-£400.

The alternative is to abandon the pre-wired system and install a Nokia or Parrott bluetooth kit which are both very good but you do lose the dash and wheel integration.
