phone pairing

I have just paired my iphone 6s with my S class. Whilst it recognises the bluetooth connection I can't hear calls through the speakers. Any ideas before I spend another thousand or so at the dealers?? Thanks in advance for any help.

turned the volume up on the phone and in the settings, is it NTG2.5
