Hi I have a problem the power supply on my pre-wire phone, on my 2004 E320 CDI. I have purchased a Visee0 MB-1000 bluetooth cradle which I installed and initially it worked with the lights on the Visee0 flashing correctly and connecting with my phone OK, but not my comand which did not see the phone. But now the Visee0 is dead while in the cradle, and after ruling out the Visee0 which is working, I checked the power to the MB cradle and it only reads 3.4 volts which I'm guessing isn't enough.
Does anyone have any experience with this problem or any sugestions, as all the fuses are good unless it is a relay or something, but any help would be appreciated and avoid a visit to MB which I would like to avoid.
