Plaease I Need Help With A New M.a.s

can anyone help me ive just fitted a new bosch mas to my clk320 cab 2000 model,
but the problem is still there (missing, slugish) but it is not as bad as before and it doesnt do it all the time.

Is it a NEW Bosch unit or alternative make off ebay of GSF etc?. It needs to be Bosch and nothing else.
