- 2010 Mercedes-Benz E 200 CGI BlueEFFICIENCY Elegance PETROL
Hello all: I own a 2010 Mercedes-Benz E 200 CGI BlueEFFICIENCY Elegance.
1.) I live in Mumbai India where there is lot of moisture due to rains this time of the year.
2.) I tried starting my car last month and it was not getting the requried RPM and than it would shut off. NO CRANKING AT ALL.. When I again would try starting the car, it would make the missing noise and vibrate. Again when I would shut down the car and start, the car would be perfect with MISSING gone, also the engine light going away on its own
3.) I checked the battery, got moisture removed from the coils, and spark pluggs too yet the problem persist
4.) Two coils out of the four are brand new.
5.) Got the car scanned and when the MISSING happens it shows all coils short ( else all dandy wrt to the car) and once the car would start normal, the error of coil would automatically get erased/cleared from the scanner.
Any suggestions what I should try to see why when the car is idle/cold even for a couple of hours, it takes 4-5 starts to get in back in action
thanks a ton.....
