Please help, possible turbo issues

Hi all, hoping for some advice. My friend has a c220 cdi, it's a 59 plate, and a bit of a nail, it's throwing up 3 error codes, p00af-97, p2263-00, p200a-28, garage has had it for 4 days now and say they can't find anything wrong with it, I'm usually good with stuff like this, but I'm really not familiar with diesel, turbo charged engines, he's bringing the car back to me this week for control arm replacement, and I'd like to be able to return it to him fully working if possible

Check the turbo actuator for free movement, if not then the vanes are jamming or the wastegate is sticky, but not 100% sure on the validity of those code definitions.
