Not sure if this is in the correct place, and new to the site ...

I am due to collect my company car c180k saloon soon, and was just wondering if there is anyway that i can replace the badge on the front, with a one of the flat badges i have seen, just in case some toe-rag fancies snapping it off.

Thanks:(

Have a look at this thread: http://mbclub.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=28556

Although, if it's a company car, why worry? That's what you pay all that tax for. :D Replacement star's are not expensive, as long as there's no other damage done when it's being ripped off.

Sorry but I think You're daft. (No offence!)
1) They are cheap to replace < £15 from the dealer and normally free fitting too (<1 min to do)
2) In over 10 years of MB motoring I haven't lost one yet. My Dad has been less fortunate having lost 3 since 1979.
3) When driving the car, the badge gives it something (as well as being an excellent gun sight!)
4) Its a company car so you don't pay anyway.
Leave well alone and just enjoy it.
