please info needed

hello new to the site so please be gentle with me.
i have got a 190e 2.5 16v cosworth with autobox and gess what, it has a harsh gearchange which i am putting down to the box its self,what i would like to know is,is the auto box in a standerd 190e the same do they fit the same box to any other model i have the box number which is (2012704301)and there is a number under that one which is (339683)any info would be gratefully resevied MANY THANKS

Do the headlight height adjusters work??
Also the modulating pressure is adjustable on this box without removing the box from the car.

thanks for surgestions, when i brought the car the swithable box would not work and on closer inspection i found the two pipes that go to a switch on the drivers side fuse box area had been connected together (by passing the switch)so i beleve it was in econamey all the time which gives the car not such a harch change when i connected them properly the change was very harsh which made me think he new the box was dodgey.can any one tell me how you can check the modarating pressure?
