Poor Service Europarts

    Ordered new battery on Wednesday for next day delivery, still no show, emailed customer service yesterday and no reply. :mad:

    Disappointing.

    Oh, EuroCarParts.

    There are also loads of europarts out there, so got confused.

    If it is Eurocarparts they are quite advanced, they have phones and everything. Maybe give them a call?

    Always best to resolve with the vendor first and only post adverse feedback about a vendor once all possible avenues have been explored.

    The only problem I had with ECP was yodel, when I rang ECP and explained they were more than helpful:D

    For clarification, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday were normal working days.

    Yes they even have emails, but on this occasion chose not to reply.

    Thanks. I also tried PM via another forum, but again did not receive a reply.

    On a positive note the battery arrived yesterday and car is now working. :)

    I find it usually takes a week for an e-mail reply from most companies, phone calls are usually answered in seconds.

    Well one way or another the issue has been resolved, so probably appropriate to bring this thread to a close.

    I've ordered two batteries from them - good price and 48 hour delivery.
